Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

Kaedbae LLC accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed or modified
  • Custom-ordered or special-order products
  • Software licenses and subscription services
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at admin@kaedbaellc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2–3 business days.
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@kaedbaellc.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Installation Services

Refund eligibility for installation services is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with an installation, contact us within 14 days and we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
